Central Pre-Mix will use MTData’s technology to maximise fleet efficiencies, enhance fleet compliance and improve accurate billing across their operations.
The MTData Concrete Agitator solution incorporates a concrete barrel sensor kit, GPS tracking system, with integrated in-vehicle driver touch screens, along with the latest DVR truck camera system. This solution will provide additional capabilities including proactive fatigue management, job dispatch, and engine management.
MTData’s web based application, Hawk-Eye, makes it simple for users of the program to view the status of each truck and agitator. The colour coded feature of the program gives Central Pre-Mix the capacity to view all statuses of the concrete job from loading, mixing, pouring, return to plant, barrel wash out and idling.
The DVR camera system will further assist Central Pre-Mix by enhancing levels of safety compliance, driver training and incident investigation.
